GDM-CX-Y55
The GDM-CX-Y55 is a CNC turn-mill center developed for single-setup machining of chucking and disc-type parts. Its X/Y/Z-axis configuration combines CNC turning, milling, drilling and tapping, while radial and axial live-tool heads support cross-hole and off-center features. The machine offers a maximum swing of 550 mm, 45 mm bar capacity and spindle speeds up to 5,000 rpm. Gang tooling and powered tooling can be selected to match the workpiece and production process, with machining lengths up to 400 mm for gang-tool applications. This turn-mill CNC machine is suitable for flanges, covers, valve parts and other components that require multiple operations in one setup.
