Flat-Bed CNC Turn-Mill Lathe with Linear Guideways
GDM-HZ40-400
The GDM-HZ40-400 is a flat-bed CNC turn-mill lathe with linear guideways for turning, drilling, tapping and polygon milling. Its powered fly-cutter head can machine two-flat, square, hexagonal and octagonal profiles, allowing turned and polygonal features to be completed on one machine. The model offers a maximum machining diameter of 150 mm, machining length of 280 mm and bar capacity up to 40 mm. The A2-5 spindle reaches 3,000 rpm and uses a hydraulic 40 collet, while a four-station electric toolpost supports general turning operations. This flat-bed CNC lathe with polygon milling capability is suited to fittings, valve parts, tool shanks, fasteners and components with wrench flats.
