GDM-T46D
The GDM-T46D is a slant-bed hydraulic servo turret CNC lathe for disc-type and short chucking components. It supports a maximum machining diameter of 450 mm and a machining length of 330 mm, making it suitable for larger-diameter parts with relatively short profiles. The machine uses a 7.5 kW spindle motor, a hollow 208 hydraulic chuck and spindle speeds up to 3,000 rpm. X/Z-axis repeatability of 0.003/0.005 mm supports consistent batch machining, while the enclosed slant-bed structure provides a practical layout for production turning, drilling and tapping. Typical applications include flanges, covers, hubs, pulleys, valve bodies and other components requiring stable CNC turning with turret-based tooling.
